Ingredients
  • 1 full bowl leafy greens (red or green lettuces or other leafy greens, no kale or cilantro)
  • 1/4 red onion (1/4 to 1/2 of a red onion, thinly sliced)
  • 1 avocado (sliced)
  • 1 cup frozen raspberries (slightly thawed)
  • 1 lemon (juice of 1 to 1 1/2 lemons, fresh is best)
  • TH Mineral Salt (a generous amount for topping the salad)
  • 1/3 cup pistachios (shelled and unsalted)
Instructions

    Place your clean red and green leafy greens into a large bowl.

    Thinly slice the red onion. Mix the red onion into the leafy greens to distribute them evenly throughout the salad.

    Carefully slice the avocado while still in the shell and scoop out each slice with a spoon and gently place the slices on top of the salad.

    Sprinkle the slightly thawed raspberries on top of the salad.

    Juice the lemon and pour the juice evenly all over the salad.

    Next take a generous amount of mineral salt and sprinkle on top of the salad.

    For the final finishing touch, sprinkle the 1/3 cup of pistachios on top of the salad.
Note

Serving Suggestion for a Full Meal:

  • Simply add a grilled chicken breast or a Trimmaccino with collagen to the salad.
