The laws of the State of Tennessee shall govern these terms, and any dispute arising from these terms shall be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction located in Davidson County,Tennessee. You agree to the jurisdiction and venue of that court and expressly waive the right to trial by jury. The prevailing party in any dispute shall be entitled to recover all expenses incurred in connection therewith, including reasonable attorney’s fees. These terms are severable and may only be modified in writing signed by both parties. Any waiver of any provision of these terms must be in writing signed by the party against whom the waiver is asserted.
