Blend everything well in a blender until smooth. Bottle it up with a cap or put it in a lidded jar (I use old store-bought hot sauce bottles). If you added the whey, then leave it on your counter for a day or overnight to establish some good bugs. Store in the fridge.
Note
NOTE: If you leave out the liquid whey, you must refrigerate the mixture straightaway.
