This savory, peasant-style bread is great for dipping or makes a lovely side to S or FP soups and stews. It can be used as a cornbread-style side for S recipes. It can even make a nice sandwich if you cut a piece, split it down the middle, and use the two sides, or butter them up and just enjoy! This recipe is found in the “Breads, Wraps, Biscuits, and Loaves” section of Trim Healthy Table Cookbook, page 247. This is a multiple-serve recipe.
