Put the gelatin and the 2 tablespoons cool water into a 1-cup measuring cup and stir to dissolve. Add the boiled water and stir again. Add enough cool water to come up to 1 cup. Pour this gelatin/water mix into a blender and blend for a few seconds.

Add the vinegars, sweetener, baobab powder, salt, black pepper, garlic, onion powder, mct oil, collagen, and lecithin. Trimmy it up with a nice blend.

Pour it into a jar and stir in the Parmesan, bell pepper, onion flakes, parsley flakes, basil, and oregano. Stir well.
