Instructions

  1. Put the nut milk, cream, Gluccie, sweetener, vanilla, and cinnamon in a blender and blend well for about a minute. Divide this mixture among 3 pint jars. Add 1½ tablespoons chia seeds, 1 tablespoon oats, and ¼ cup berries to each jar. Stir well. Screw the lids on the jars and put them in the refrigerator overnight or for several hours.

NOTE: While oats are an E food, the very small amount of 1 tablespoon per jar won’t be enough to cause a significant fuel collision.
