Put the gelatin in a 1-cup measuring cup. Add the 2 tablespoons cool water and stir to dissolve. Add the boiled water and stir it again. Add enough additional cool water to come up to 1 cup. Pour it into a blender and add another ½ cup cool water. Blend this gelatin/water mix for a few seconds.

Add the tahini, vinegar, soy sauce, garlic, miso, black pepper, salt, onion powder, garlic powder, sweetener, collagen, baobab powder, and lecithin. Trimmy everything smooth and creamy with a nice blend. Pour into a jar and add the parsley flakes and green onions.
