This adds protein to traditional guacamole and gives it a lovely, light olive-green color. This is the way guacamole is made in Australia, except sour cream is used. The Greek yogurt is higher in protein and packs a healthier punch, not to mention all the beneficial probiotics. Use sour cream, if you prefer. Try this dip with either our dehydrated or oven Flax Cracker recipes, Joseph’s Crackers, or even Crunchy Cheese Crisps.   1. Mash 1 avocado in bowl.
  2. Add 1 cup Greek yogurt (any fat percent is fine).
  3. Add sea salt, black pepper, and optional garlic or onion powder.
  4. Combine well with fork.
