22 months ago I started on Trim Healthy Mama. I downloaded the kindle version and jumped in head first. To say this was life changing is an understatement.
I’m 5 pounds away from what I weighed my senior year in high school . . . and I’m 44 years old and I’ve birthed 8 babies. It’s not like I had a measly 20 pounds to lose. I didn’t just look a little bloated. No, I was technically ‘morbidly obese.’ Not just obese . . . morbidly so.
I’ve lost over 105 pounds, which is awesome. More importantly, though, I’ve regained my health! I’m not too tired to shop anymore(Poor Hubby)!!!!! I have energy to keep up with my kids and I am just all around much happier. I enjoy exercising and look forward to dancing at the gym whenever I can.
I can’t say enough great things about Trim Healthy Mama. I don’t work for them so I have nothing to gain by singing their praises. I just want to encourage people that might feel like losing weight is hopeless. It’s definitely do-able and sustainable.
