Keep It Simple… or Prep a Little
You certainly don’t need to spend an entire day in the kitchen to make this menu work. But a little prep can make a busy week so much easier.
The Wizzy Shake Up Prep Day Resource provides some perfect Prep Day inspiration! Bake a few sweet potatoes. Cook some chicken. Wash your greens and chop a few veggies. Cook a batch of rice, quinoa, or beans. Even doing just one or two things ahead can mean that when hunger hits, half the work is already done.
