FP

FP (Fuel Pull) Meals and foods are low in both fats and carbs. They include non-starchy vegetables, low-sugar fruits such as berries and citrus, lean proteins such as tuna and egg whites, and low-fat cultured dairy such as Greek yogurt, L. reuteri yogurt, and cottage cheese. FP foods are ideal for snacks or for adding volume and nutrition to S or E Meals without adding extra fuel. They can pair with S, E, or XO Meals and are frequently used throughout our meal plans.
