2 1/2 Tbs Peanut Junkie Butter (recipe can be found on pg 481 of the THM Cookbook)
2 1/2 Tbs 0% Greek yogurt (or 2 Tbsp NoGurt, pg 343 of the THM Cookbook)
1 doonk TH Pure Stevia Extract Powder (to taste)
