Ingredients
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 Tbs TH Just Gelatin
  • 4 Tbs extra virgin coconut oil (extra virgin)
  • 2 pinches TH Mineral Salt (2-3 pinches)
  • 3 tsp TH Super Sweet Blend (3-4 tsp)
  • 1/2 tsp TH Glucomannan (Gluccie)
  • 1 scoop TH Pristine Whey Protein Powder (optional, omit for dairy-free)
Instructions

    Bloom gelatin by placing it in a pint sized jar or extra-large mug with 1/4 cup room temperature water.

    Stir vigorously with fork until dissolved.

    Add 3/4 cup boiling water and stir well.

    Pour the bloomed gelatin liquid into a blender and add all other ingredients (minus optional whey powder).

    Blend on high for 30 seconds, let blender rest for a minute and then blend again for one minute.

    Transfer whip to refrigerator and allow to set up for a few hours.

    Before using as a topping, blend again and then add optional whey protein powder and blend again or stir vigorously with a whisk or fork until a smooth, whipped consistency forms.
