- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
- Empty 1-2 frozen bags of brussel sprouts into baking dish.

Add coconut oil and a little butter and lots of Bragg Liquid Aminos, or sea salt, black pepper, and sprinkle of cayenne pepper. Adding 1-2 Tbs nutritional yeast or a sprinkle of parmesan cheese adds further flavor to this recipe.
- Bake uncovered, until nicely browned (but not too soft and shriveled) for about 30-45 minutes. Turn once during baking.
Note
Serving Suggestions & Variations:
- The recipe as written in an S side dish, enjoy your butter and coconut oil, they are healthy fats.
- Steaming the brussel sprouts and then only using 1 tsp of butter OR 1 tsp of coconut oil on top of your cooked brussel sprouts and using a garnish amount of Parmesan cheese will let you enjoy this yummy side dish in both a Fuel Pull Meal and E Meal setting.
