Put all ingredients (except the Gluccie) in a small saucepan and bring to a simmer over medium heat. Reduce the heat to medium-low, whisk in the Gluccie a little at a time (Keep whisking like crazy so it doesn’t clump.) Allow to simmer for a couple minutes until slightly thickened.
