  • 1 banana (frozen)
  • 1 cup ice cubes
  • 1/3 cup TH Pristine Whey Protein Powder (unflavored) (1/4- 1/3 cup depending on other protein with your snack)
  • 1 pinch TH Mineral Salt
  • 1 doonk TH Pure Stevia Extract Powder
  • TH Natural Burst Maple Extract (any desired amount)
  • 1 Tbs TH Dynamic Duo Greens Powder
