1 All Day Sipper

Ingredients

1 lemon (peeled, leave most of the white and remove the seeds, cut into 4 or 6 pieces)
3/4 cup water
1 1/2 tsp TH Baobab Boost Powder (1 1/2-2 tsp)
2 tsp TH Super Sweet Blend (or any other plan approved sweetener to taste)
1 1/2 cup ice cubes (1 1/2 -2 cups of ice)

Instructions

Blend all of the ingredients except for the ice in a blender really well or until the lemon is completely "creamified" or with no stringy bits left over.

Next add the ice and blend again until you reach the desired consistency of a frozen beverage!
