Multiple Serve Makes Close to 2 Cups of Dressing

Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup mct oil
  • 3 Tbs extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice (fresh lemon juice)
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 6 teensy anchovy fillets (packed in olive oil)
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp TH Mineral Salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp TH Nutritional Yeast
  • 1 1/2 Tbs TH Integral Collagen (1 scoop)
  • 1 clove fresh garlic (1-2 cloves; minced)
  • 3 Tbs Parmesan cheese (finely grated fresh Parmesan cheese, lightly packed to measure, or use powder-style Parmy from the green can and don't pack down)
  • 1 Tbs TH Baobab Boost Powder (optional)
  • 1/8 tsp sunflower lecithin (optional)
