Single Serve Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup water (cold water or unsweetened nut milk)
  • 1/4 tsp chaga extract (I use VitaJing Herbs brand)
  • 1/4 tsp TH Natural Burst Vanilla Extract
  • 1 tsp TH Super Sweet Blend
  • 2 pinches TH Mineral Salt
  • 1/8 tsp cinnamon (ground cinnamon)
  • 1 black peppercorns (1-2 black peppercorns or a small sprinkle of ground black pepper; optional)
  • 2 tsp TH Integral Collagen
  • 2 doonks sunflower lecithin (optional)
  • 1/2 tsp mct oil (or extra virgin coconut oil)
  • 1/8 tsp TH Glucomannan (Gluccie) (a generous 1/8 teaspoon)
  • 3/4 cups ice cubes
  • 1 - 2 Tbs TH Pristine Whey Protein Powder (1-2 Tbs or depends upon how much protein is in the rest of the meal)
Instructions

    Put all the ingredients (except the ice and whey) in a blender and blend until smooth. Add the ice and blend again. Add the whey and blend to creamy whipped chai-flavored perfection.
