Preheat the oven to 350°F.

Mix the egg, Baking Blend, salt, seasonings, and baking powder in a medium bowl, until a soft dough forms (it will be sticky). Gently fold in the cheese and butter.

Coat 2 holes of an 8-cup muffin tin with coconut oil spray. Divide the dough into 2 balls and drop them into the 2 holes. Bake for 15 minutes.
