1 Single-Serve Recipe

Ingredients
  • 2 Tbs unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/4 cup 1% cottage cheese (or reduced fat ricotta)
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk (or cashew milk)
  • 1/4 scoop TH Pristine Whey Protein Powder
  • 3/4 cup frozen strawberries
  • 6 large ice cubes (6 or 7 cubes)
  • 4 tsp TH Gentle Sweet
  • 2 pinches TH Mineral Salt (generous pinches)
  • 1/2 tsp strawberry extract (optional)
Instructions

    Put a ceramic bowl in the freezer so your Trim Freeze won’t melt while you eat it.

    Put all the ingredients in a high-end blender and blend well (if your blender is supercheapo, use a food processor; however, it does not come out as smooth). Keep blending until the ice is completely broken down (this may take a few minutes). You may have to stop the blender and stir a few times, then blend again until perfectly smooth.

    Scoop the Trim Freeze into the cold bowl and enjoy.
Note

For an indulgent S-Version, add 1 to 2 tablespoons heavy cream.
