Ingredients
  • 2 cups 0% fat Greek Yogurt
  • 1/2 cup TH Optimized Chocolate Whey
  • 1/4 cup cocoa powder
  • 1 pinch MIneral Salt
  • 1 cup frozen raspberries
  • 1 3/4 cup stevia-sweetened chocolate chips
  • 2 Tbs coconut oil
Instructions

    Add all the ingredients except the chocolate chips and coconut oil to a bowl and mix until combined.

    Divide the mixture into 6 individual circles onto a piece of parchment paper. Place into the freezer until frozen.

    Once the yogurt is frozen melt the chocolate chips snd coconut oil together. Coat each frozen yogurt bite in the chocolate and place back in the freezer until the chocolate has hardened.

    Store in the freezer. Let sit t room temp for little while before eating for the best texture!
