Add the cottage cheese, Parmesan cheese and seasoning to a bowl and mix well.
Cut the washed peppers in half and scoop out the seeds.
Stuff each pepper half with the cottage cheese filling and sprinkle on the cheese crumbles and green onion.
If you are really in a rush, you can just dip the peppers into the cottage cheese mixture.
