Mix all the ingredients with a stick blender until smooth (or process in a food processor).
Recipe Notes
NOTE: We don’t usually include fruit juice on-plan, but this is just a little bit paired with heaps of protein.
VARIATION: COTTAGE HERBY DIP:
For an herby variation, blend or process the cottage cheese until smooth. Omit the citrus juice and baobab powder. Add in 1 teaspoon dried dill, 2 teaspoons dried parsley, and 1 finely diced green onion or a smattering of fresh chives.
