Ingredients
  • 1 tsp TH Baobab Boost Powder
  • water (small amount of hot water to dissolve the baobab)
  • 1 lemon (use the juice of 1/2 or 1 whole lemon)
  • ginger (any amount that you desire)
  • 1 doonk TH Pure Stevia Extract Powder (for children; you can use a bit of raw honey)
  • water (enough hot water to fill your mug to the top)
Instructions

    Place 1 teaspoon of Baobab Boost Powder in a 12 ounce mug.

    Pour a little bit of hot water into your mug and stir until the baobab powder is dissolved.

    Add the juice of a half to one whole lemon.

    Add the desired amount of ginger and the sweetener and stir to combine all ingredients well.

    Next fill the mug to the top with more hot water, stir and enjoy.
