Instructions

  1. Put veggies in a saucepan with 1/4-1/2 cup of fat free chicken broth to simmer. Any veggies will work, but angel hair shredded cabbage is your fastest veggie to cook. Broccoli and cauliflower florets will take a little longer. They should be cut to smaller size for optimum appeal.
  2. Once vegetables are tender, add 1-2 wedges of Laughing Cow light cheese (depending on amount of veggies) and melt in naturally. Use no more than 1 wedge per person.
  3. Add generous shake or two about sea salt and lots of black pepper, along with optional Bragg Liquid Aminos, cayenne pepper, or garlic and/or onion powder. This powder tastes a lot better well seasoned.
  4. Add 1 Tbs. Parmesan cheese and stir in to rest of ingredients.
  5. You can leave recipe as is, or decide to make more sauce. You will do this by adding more chicken broth to the pan and thickening the extra fluid to sauce consistency by shaking in glucomannan from a salt shaker and whisking it in briskly with the broth. Adjust seasonings if needed after adding more fluid to the recipe as glucomannan can sometimes mask flavor.
  6. Serve with a small sprinkle of Parmesan cheese on top.
