This is a high-protein, lean dressing that’s packed with flavor and perfect for health-conscious meals. I personally love pairing it with my Purple Sweetie Salad, especially when I’m aiming for a true “E” (a light, carb-focused meal with low fat, as defined in certain health-conscious eating plans).
If you’re using Super Quark made from L. reuteri yogurt, you might notice the taste is a bit more robust and tangy, which could be too intense for some palates. To cater to different preferences, I’ve provided alternative options in this recipe. You can easily substitute the Super Quark with basic Greek yogurt if you’re not into making Super Quark at home.
Here’s the good news: even with store-bought Greek yogurt, this dressing works wonders. The combination of vinegar and lemon juice not only enhances the flavor but also improves how your body metabolizes the yogurt. These acidic ingredients help your muscles efficiently absorb the high-quality protein from the yogurt, preventing it from lingering in your bloodstream. This makes it a practical and functional choice for a lean, protein-packed dressing.

This is a high protein, lean dressing that is all sorts of tasty. I love it on my Purple Sweetie Salad when I’m shooting for a true E. If you are not a Super Quark maker It still works great with basic Greek yogurt because vinegar and lemon are involved, and they make your muscles open up to store-bought Greek yogurt more efficiently to receive the protein, so it doesn’t just hang around in your bloodstream. This recipe is part of the Wisdom Recipe Collection.
Place all ingredients into a jar and whisk carefully with a fork or small whiskuntil combined, taking care not to turn the yogurt into liquid by whisking toovigorously.
