- TO BAKE: Preheat the oven to 400°F. Place the okra on 1 or 2 large rimmed baking sheets, toss with the oil and seasonings, and bake for 30 to 45 minutes, until browned and crispy in parts.
- TO AIR-FRY: Spray the okra with coconut oil, then sprinkle on the seasonings and toss well. Fry at 400°F for 20 minutes (you may need another 5 minutes, depending on your fryer).
