If you are nursing or pregnant, this also makes a wonderful before bed protein-centered snack.

Instructions

  1. Pour egg whites into a sauce pan sprayed with coconut oil or smeared with 1/2 tsp butter or coconut oil.
  2. Allow whites to set and season top of whites with Nutritional Yeast, Parmesan cheese, and other seasonings.
  3. Turn once bottom of whites are golden brown and a little crispy then crisp other side.

Pregnant and nursing moms may want to add more butter or oil to the pan to make this an S, if having it for an afternoon snack. Perfect with a little side of fruit for a Crossover, too.
