Ingredients

2 cups oats
2 Tbs TH Erythritol (or 1 tsp TH Super Sweet Blend)
1 tsp aluminum-free baking powder
1/4 tsp TH Mineral Salt
1 cup unsweetened applesauce
1 cup water

Instructions

Put all the dry ingredients into the blender.

Pulse 10 times and then let the blender run for a full minute.

Add wet ingredients and blend for another minute.

Ladle batter onto a griddle heated to medium, using a 1/4 cup measuring cup for each pancake.

Cook as you would any pancake.
