These are a new twist on our original Trim Healthy Pancakes. The banana and the addition of Baking Blend brings them to a whole new sweet and fluffy level. Top with berries, Basic Pancake Syrup (page 516), or a close to plan-approved store-bought syrup, and an optional dollop of Greek yogurt. Make up a batch of these, eat three for your meal, and then refrigerate leftovers between paper towels for the rest of your week (or freeze leftovers in baggies).
