Fudgaroons are a delightful hybrid of rich fudge and macaroons. They are a decadent but waist-whittling melt-in-your mouth moment. They contain all the trimming powers of the MCT (middle chain triglycerides) found in coconut oil, but also boast all the detoxifying and satiating fiber found in whole coconut.
