"The ultra-budget-saving way to make this pudding is to leave out the Integral Collagen. It’s not truly a pudding full of all glycine’s glory that way, but, hey, it’s got some there in the gelatin itself. The pudding will still be yummy and do your body plenty of good. If using the pudding as a snack or dessert instead of a breakfast, tight-budget Mamas might also use just 1 scoop of collagen instead of 2. You can “S it up” if desired with an added tablespoon of raw, pastured cream or heavy cream. Feel free to add 1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder for a chocolate version; however, more sweetener will be needed."
