1 Multiple Serve Recipe Makes About 1 1/2 Cups

Ingredients
  • 1 tsp TH Just Gelatin
  • 2 Tbs water (cool water)
  • 2 Tbs water (just off the boil water)
  • 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/4 cup mct oil
  • 1/8 tsp sunflower lecithin (optional)
  • 1 1/2 Tbs TH Integral Collagen (1 scoop)
  • 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar (or apple cider vinegar)
  • 2 lemons (use the juice of 2 lemons)
  • 3 cloves fresh garlic (minced)
  • 1 tsp TH Mineral Salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 2 Tbs TH Baobab Boost Powder (optional)
  • 1/2 Tbs TH Gentle Sweet (1/2- 1 Tbsp TH Gentle Sweet; use the larger amount if using apple cider vinegar)
  • 20 Kalamata olives (diced super fine)
  • 1/2 cup feta cheese (finely crumbled feta cheese; no thick chunks, just rice-size pieces)
  • 2 Tbs parsley flakes (dried parsley flakes)
Instructions

    Put the gelatin and the 2 tablespoons cool water into a 1-cup measuring cup and stir to dissolve. Add the boiled water and stir again. Add enough cool water to come up to 1 cup. Pour this gelatin/water mix into a blender and blend for a few seconds.

    Add the olive oil, mct oil, lecithin, collagen, vinegar, lemon juice, garlic, salt, black pepper, baobab powder (if using), and sweetener. Trimmy smooth with a good blend.

    Pour into a jar and stir in the olives, feta, and parsley flakes.
