1 Multiple Serve Recipe (Makes About 1 1/2 Cups)

Ingredients
  • 1 tsp TH Just Gelatin
  • 2 Tbs water (cool water)
  • 2 Tbs water (just off the boil water)
  • 1/3 cup Dijon mustard (1/3 cup plus 1 Tbsp)
  • 1/3 cup apple cider vinegar (1/3 cup plus 1 Tbsp)
  • 1/3 cup TH Gentle Sweet
  • 1 1/4 tsp TH Mineral Salt
  • 3 Tbs mct oil
  • 1 1/2 Tbs TH Baobab Boost Powder (1 scoop)
  • 1 Tbs TH Integral Collagen (1 scoop)
  • 1/8 tsp sunflower lecithin
Instructions

    Put the gelatin in a 1-cup measuring cup with the 2 tablespoons cool water and stir to dissolve. Add the boiled water and stir again. Add enough cool water to come up to ½ cup. Pour into the blender.

    Add all the remaining ingredients and Trimmy it up with a good blend. Pour into a jar.
