1 Quart All Day Sipper (Can Be Doubled)

Instructions

  1. Steep the tea bags in the boiled water for about 5 minutes.
  2. Remove and discard the tea bags and put the tea into a quart jar.
  3. Fill with ice, then top off with water.
  4. Add the stevia, vanilla, and salt, then stir and taste for sweetness and your own preferred strength of vanilla.

Note

Intro continued...Japanese scientists from the University of Tokushima found that oolong tea can double the amount of fat excreted by the body.

NOTE: You can also drink this hot in winter months; simply omit the ice and use boiling water.
