Ingredients

1 cup home fermented kefir (OR Kickin Kefir Elixir Recipe)
1/2 cup frozen okra (sliced)
1/2 cup ice cubes
3 pinches TH Mineral Salt
3000 mg Vitamin C Powder
1 tsp turmeric (1-2 tsp)
1 lemon (juiced)
2 Tbs rose hips (soaked; optiional)
2 doonks TH Pure Stevia Extract Powder
1 - 2 Tbs TH Pristine Protein Powder (1-2 Tbs or depending on how much protein is in your meal)
1 tsp cod liver oil (lemon flavored; optional)
