Koach Kanada's Real Deal Peanut Butter is low carb, low fat, has a dairy free option and is amazingly delicious!!! Please see the Recipe Notes below for a link to Kanada's blog where you will find this and more delicious THM recipes from her!

Ingredients
  • 1 cup TH Peanut Flour
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened nut milk
  • 2 Tbs TH Gentle Sweet
  • 2 Tbs TH Integral Collagen (heaping Tablespoons)
  • 1/3 tsp TH Mineral Salt
  • 1/2 tsp butter (or MCT oil for a dairy free option)
  • 1/2 tsp TH Natural Burst Vanilla Extract
  • 1/4 Tbs heavy cream (or Silk Dairy Free Heavy Cream for a dairy free option; 1/4 Tbs is equal to 3/4 tsp)
Instructions

    Add all of the ingredients to your kitchen mixer and whip together.

    If you do not have a mixer use a fork and stir in a jar.
