1 Single Serve Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1/3 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1/2 cup 1% cottage cheese
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened nut milk (unsweetened almond or unsweetened cashew milk)
  • 1/3 cup water
  • 1 lemon (use the juice of one lemon; about 2 Tablespoons)
  • 2 Tbs TH Pristine Protein Powder (1/2 scoop)
  • 1 Tbs TH Super Sweet Blend
  • 1 Tbs 1/3 less fat cream cheese (1 very rounded Tablespoon)
  • 1/4 tsp TH Glucomannan ("gluccie") (1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon)
  • 1 1/2 cup ice cubes (1 1/2 - 2 cups)
