1 Batch Makes Enough for 12 Muffins or 1 Cake

Ingredients
  • 5 tsp water (cold water)
  • 2 tsp lemon juice
  • 1/4 tsp TH Just Gelatin
  • 1/3 cup water (just off the boil)
  • 1 Tbs extra virgin coconut oil (use refined or unflavored coconut oil)
  • 1/8 tsp sunflower lecithin (optional)
  • 1 1/2 Tbs TH Integral Collagen
  • 1 Tbs TH Baobab Boost Powder
  • 1 tsp TH Natural Burst Vanilla Extract
  • 1 Tbs TH Gentle Sweet
  • 1 pinch TH Mineral Salt
Instructions

    Put the cold water, lemon juice, and gelatin in a small bowl and stir until dissolved. Add the boiled water and coconut oil and let the oil melt. Add the lecithin, collagen, baobab powder, vanilla, sweetener, and salt. Blend with a stick blender or whisk super well.
