You could eat some plan-approved toast with a bowl of this soup, if you want an E lunch. However, do not use more than 1 tsp butter on your toast. Light Tomato Soup

Pour 1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce into small saucepan.

Add 1 cup of water or chicken broth.

Add ⅓ cup of low or non-fat yogurt, either Greek style or regular.

Add 1 tsp. THM Super Sweet Blend or 1 doonk THM Pure Stevia Extract powder, sea salt, and black pepper to taste and optional cayenne pepper.

Heat through.
