Name: Macho Nacho Seasoning
Ingredients: 1/2 cup TH Nutritional Yeast; 2 Tbs dried minced onion; 2 Tbs garlic powder; 2 Tbs paprika; 1/2 tsp crushed red pepper flakes; 4 tsp TH Mineral Salt; 1/2 tsp black pepper; 1/2 tsp turmeric; 1/2 tsp TH Super Sweet Blend

This makes a great seasoning for Crunch Puffs (page 460) but it is also fabulous sprinkled on about anything else. The recipe is found in the "Condiments and Extras - Dry Blends" section of the Trim Healthy Mama Cookbook.
