This recipe is for "scratch purists" who would rather not buy mayonnaise from the store. This recipe is found on Page 313 of the Original Trim Healthy Mama Book!

1 Multiple Serve Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 whole egg (s)
  • 2 egg yolk (s)
  • 1/2 tsp TH Mineral Salt
  • dash black pepper
  • dash onion powder (optional)
  • 1/2 cup extra virgin coconut oil (expeller pressed)
  • 1/2 cup olive oil (extra virgin)
  • 1 Tbs Dijon mustard (optional)
Instructions

    Place all the ingredients into the blender except the coconut oil and olive oil and blend well.

    While the blender is still running, slowly add the coconut oil and olive oil.
  3. 3
    Chill before serving.
