Add all the ingredients (except the ice and whey protein) to a blender and blend well. Add the ice and blend until smooth. Add the whey and blend for 10 seconds more.
You can use the TH Optimized Whey Protein Chocolate Flavor in this shake in place of unflavored. If you do, decrease the sweetener to taste and omit the cocoa powder. Taste at the end to see if more sweetener is needed or not.
