Open the package of noodles and put them into a colander in the sink, let the noodles completely drain and then "rinse, rinse, rinse" the noodles under hot water.

Once drained, snip the noodles if you would like into bite size pieces.

Place 1 teaspoon of butter in a skillet on top of the stove and saute the frozen Seasoning Blend over medium heat for 2-3 minutes or until softened.

Add the snipped TH Ancient Wisdom Noodles to the pan and turn heat up to high and stir with a fork to lift the noodles as they cook, you want to hear the noodles make a "crackling sound" as they cook!

Add, the mineral salt, Braggs liquid aminos, crushed red pepper flakes, cayenne pepper and garlic powder, all your choice and to taste.

Next add your precooked protein which could be chicken or canned salmon. (If choosing to use eggs as your protein please see Recipes Notes below for instructions)

Continue to heat ingredients until chicken or other protein of your choice is warmed through.

Top the ingredients with 1 tablespoon of sesame oil, stir and lift the noodles so that they get coated with the sesame oil.

Add more Braggs Liquid Aminos, soy sauce, or coconut liquid aminos at this point to truly "own it".

Add your own choice of seasonings at this time to really make it your own!

Ideas from the Video
- For your choice of protein, use leftover chicken from making the recipe for Super Prepared Chicken. This recipe is a great way to have protein ready for all types of meals and salads.. All cooked and ready to go!
- If choosing to use eggs for your choice of protein, you can cook off a couple of eggs or some egg whites in the teaspoon of butter before adding the Seasoning Blend and any other veggies that you may choose to use.
