Stevia-sweetened Greek yogurt cups have turned up in grocery stores recently, which made a lot of Trim Healthy Mamas happy. But heads up, if you’ve been busy eating those and are now wondering why you feel bloated and gassy, sadly, inulin is often used in the ingredients, and that can cause these symptoms for many of us. Also, they can get pricey. We prefer to make our own: It is less expensive and barely takes more time than taking the top off of a yogurt cup. (Description continued below.) This recipe is found in the "Delicious Desserts & Treats - More Sweet Treats" section of the Trim Healthy Table Cookbook, page 445.

Recipe Description Continued...
Chocolate is a hard-to-get-right flavor when paired with yogurt, so perhaps start with the strawberry version as that is the yummiest (we think). But our chocolate version beats the pants off store-bought versions. Enjoy for a snack or a breakfast (use a full cup of yogurt if having as a breakfast). You can enjoy as written as an FP or choose one or two of the add-ins for an optional E or S. The teaspoon of heavy cream swirled on top knocks this out of the park! Flavored whey protein makes slapping this creamy stuff together a speedy no-brainer.
