Pancake Syrup

Description

Why use the store-bought stuff with its fat-exploding sugar or health-destroying artificial sweeteners when this is a snap to make. This recipe is a multiple-serve recipe. Instructions

  1. Put all ingredients except the Gluccie in a small saucepan and bring to a simmer over medium heat. Reduce the heat to medium-low and slowly whisk in the Gluccie from a shaker. Simmer for a couple of minutes, whisking like crazy as it thickens.

  1. Transfer the syrup to a jar and, when cool cover and chill. As the syrup cools, it will continue to thicken.
