You would not know these cookies do not contain any flour. Simple and easy, but you better watch closely if you want to eat a couple, because your children might snatch and run with them before you turn around!

Ingredients
  • 1 cup natural peanut butter (sugar-free)
  • 1 egg
  • 2 Tbs unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 tsp TH Natural Burst Vanilla Extract
  • 8 tsp TH Super Sweet Blend
  • 1/4 tsp TH Pure Stevia Extract Powder
Instructions

    Place all ingredients into a mixing bowl and mix well.

    With your hands, roll the dough into cookie balls.
  3. 3
    Place the cookie balls onto a greased cookie sheet and press them down (into rounds).
  4. 4
    Bake at 350 for 10 minutes.
