One of the THM Community's favorite sweet desserts! This recipe is found on page 377 of the original Trim Healthy Mama book.
Ingredients
1cup almonds (ground, or almond flour)
1/2cup peanuts (dry roasted, finely chopped)
1/4cup butter
10tsp TH Gentle Sweet (10 tsp TH Gentle Sweet or 1/3 tsp TH Pure Stevia Extract Powder)
12oz 1/3 less fat cream cheese (1.5 - 8 oz blocks)
2/3cup natural peanut butter (sugar-free)
3/4cup heavy cream
Instructions

Put 1 cup ground almonds or almond flour in bowl

Add ½ cup finely chopped dry roasted peanuts, 1/4 cup melted butter, and 2 tsp THM Super Sweet Blend and mix together well.

Press mixed ingredients into baking tray and bake for 10–15 minutes at 350.

While crust is baking, put 1.5 blocks 1/3 less fat cream cheese and 10 tsp THM Sweet Blend (or 1/3 tsp THM Pure Stevia Extract Powder) into bowl and beat until light and fluffy

Add 2/3 cup peanut butter and beat some more

In separate bowl, beat 3/4 cup cream and fold in to rest of mixture

Top cooled crust with mixture and place dessert in refrigerator to chill.
