Ingredients
    For The Cookies
  • 1 Tbs oat flour
  • 2 Tbs TH Pristine Whey Protein Powder (unflavored)
  • 1 Tbs pure pumpkin puree
  • 1 tsp coconut oil
  • 1/4 tsp pumpkin pie spice
  • 1/4 tsp baking powder
  • 1 pinch TH Mineral Salt
  • 1 Tbs egg whites
  • 1 1/2 Tbs Gentle Sweet Xylitol Free
    • For The Cream Cheese Frosting
  • 1 heaping Tbs Kitehill Cream Cheese (Original Kitehill Cream Cheese or 1/3 less fat cream cheese)
  • 1 Tbs non-fat Greek yogurt
  • 1 tsp TH Gentle Sweet

    Preheat oven to 350.

    Add all your cookie ingredients to a bowl and mix well.

    Pour your cookie batter onto a piece of parchment paper on a baking sheet and shape into a circle. Bake for 12 minutes.

    Make your cream cheese frosting by adding all the ingredients to a bowl and mixing until smooth.

    Spread the frosting over the cookie or put the frosting into a frosting bag and swirl the frosting over the cookie. Sprinkle the top with some pumpkin pie spice.
